DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

We have standard shipping rates in Aotearoa:

• $6 SOUTH ISLAND
• $9 SOUTH ISLAND RURAL
• $12 NORTH ISLAND
• $15 NORTH ISLAND RURAL

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We have shipped internationally to the following countries: Australia, Japan, USA and United Kingdom. Please let us know if your country isn't on this list - we're aiming for world domination.

International shipping is based on weight, and this is calculated at the time of checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

How long will it take to get my order?

We offer a pre-order model, which means we order on a weekly basis.

By pre-ordering this not only helps us cut down on waste by helping reduce overproduction, but helps us keep our overheads down which means we keep our products at a fair and reasonable price.

Please allow 20 business days to receive your order. 

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kiaora@choosesarcasm.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
