If an item arrives and it is not right or doesn't meet your expectations - that's the worst!
We understand that online shopping is tricky, so if it is not right, you can return it to us. Please make sure you double-check our sizing guide before ordering.
Change of mind returns are eligible for a product exchange or store credit.
So, what is the process?
- Email us at kiaora@choosesarcasm.co.nz to advise us of the return. In this email, please state your order number, the item/s that you would like to return and the reason you would like to make the return
- We will let you know if your return is accepted via email and let you know where to send the return to. Please note that the return is at the buyer's expense
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Accepting or rejecting your return request is at the sole discretion of the Choose Sarcasm team.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is in the same condition that you received it. This means that the item is unworn and unused - please don't try and send it back to us after spilling half your dinner on it
- This is the first time you are exchanging the item
- Items must be returned within 10 days of purchasing

OUR GUARANTEE on Goods faulty or damaged:
We understand that sometimes things aren't perfect, and things can change after a bit of wear. If you do encounter a problem, please contact us in writing at kiaora@choosesarcasm.co.nz immediately with the details and photographs of the problem.
We will replace a faulty item in a reasonable timeframe with issues that are due to the fault of the garment or manufacturing process.
Any damage due to the misuse of the garment cannot be covered. At the end of the day, the return of a damaged or faulty item is at the sole discretion of the Choose Sarcasm team.
