Terms and conditions for ordering custom apparel.

1. Custom Orders and Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required before putting custom orders into production.
  • Custom orders will not be processed until full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed. Custom orders will not be delivered until full payment has been received.
  • Custom orders exclude GST.
  • Any additional charges incurred due to changes requested after order confirmation will be billed separately.
  • CHOOSE SARCASM reserves the right to cancel custom orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.

2. Custom Orders and Approvals

  • All custom apparel orders must be approved by the customer before production begins.
  • Once approved, changes may not be possible, or additional costs may apply.
  • CHOOSE SARCASM reserves the right to refuse any custom order containing offensive, defamatory, or copyrighted material without proper authorisation.

3. Production and Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated production and delivery timelines will be provided at the time of order but are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • CHOOSE SARCASM is not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers, couriers, or force majeure events.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details. CHOOSE SARCASM is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in cases of defective products or errors made by CHOOSE SARCASM.
  • Cancellations after order approval may result in charges depending on the stage of production.
  • Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report any defects within 7 days. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

5. Liability for Damages and Defects

  • CHOOSE SARCASM is not responsible for damages that occur during shipping; however, we will assist in lodging claims with the courier.
  • We are not liable for normal wear and tear, improper handling, incorrect washing, or storage conditions that impact the quality of the products.
  • In the event of a manufacturing defect, CHOOSE SARCASM’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs provided by customers must have the necessary permissions for use.
  • CHOOSE SARCASM reserves the right to refuse production of designs deemed inappropriate or infringing on third-party rights.
  • Any designs created by CHOOSE SARCASM remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • CHOOSE SARCASM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the custom order.

8. Force Majeure

  • CHOOSE SARCASM shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supplier failures, or government restrictions.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • CHOOSE SARCASM reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Customers will be notified of significant changes where applicable.

By placing a custom order with CHOOSE SARCASM, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
