This competition is run by CHOOSE SARCASM.

Eligibility: Open to residents of New Zealand and Australia aged 18+ at the time of entry, except employees, contractors, and immediate family members of CHOOSE SARCASM or its affiliates.

Entry Period: Starts on Sunday, 11th of May, 2025 at 7am (NZDT) and ends on Sunday, 18th of May, 2025 at 11:59 PM (NZDT). Entries outside this period are ineligible.

How to Enter: Enter via the entry form on the competition page at www.choosesarcasm.co.nz. One entry per person. Multiple entries, fraudulent methods, or attempts to bypass rules may lead to disqualification at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Prize: No cash alternatives or transfers unless agreed by CHOOSE SARCASM.

Winner Selection: Winner(s) chosen by random draw supervised by the Sponsor. Odds depend on total eligible CHOOSE SARCASM. Winner(s) will be notified within 7 days via email and phone. If uncontactable or unclaimed within 7 days, an alternate will be selected.

Publicity: By entering, you allow CHOOSE SARCASM to use your name and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor Rights: CHOOSE SARCASM may cancel, modify, or suspend the competition due to unforeseen issues (e.g., fraud, technical failures) and disqualify entrants violating these rules.

Liability: CHOOSE SARCASM isn’t liable for any loss, damage, or injury related to participation or prize use, except where liability cannot be excluded by NZ law.

Governing Law: Governed by New Zealand law. Disputes will be resolved in NZ courts.

Social Media: This competition isn’t sponsored or endorsed by any social media platforms used for promotion (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X).
